Dr. Morgan R. Olsen
President

Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer

Arizona State University

Dr. Morgan R. Olsen manages ASU’s treasury and financial operations, capital projects and real estate, as well as facilities, human resources, police, environmental health and safety, information technology and auxiliary services across the university. He also serves as chairman of the ASU Athletics Facilities District board. 

In addition, Dr. Olsen serves as treasurer and secretary of the Arizona Golf Community Foundation and is a board member of the ASU Foundation, ASU Enterprise Partners and United Educators. He is also a member of EDUCAUSE and the Society for College and University Planning. In 2025, he was named chairman of the board of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference.


John Lewis

President and Chief Executive Officer 

East Valley Partnership

John Lewis has served as president and CEO of East Valley Partnership after serving as the mayor of Gilbert from May 2009 to July 2016.

His community involvement includes co-chairing Gilbert’s Diversity Task Force, organizing community interfaith activities and founding Gilbert's "Constitution Week." He also served a three-year term as a mission president in Cambodia. 


Anjali B Halabe
Secretary/Treasurer

Vice President of Finance and Deputy Treasurer

Arizona State University

Anjali B. Halabe was appointed vice president for financial services and deputy treasurer at ASU in January 2023. She oversees the university’s accounting, debt issuance and management, student business services and investment management functions, among other duties.

Before joining ASU, Halabe was the senior associate vice president for finance at West Virginia University. During her 22-year tenure at WVU, she served as treasurer of the WVU Research Corporation and the WVU Innovation Corporation, legal entities that support the university. She directed WVU’s financial functions, including operating and capital budgeting across its regional campuses. She also supported the WVU Board of Governors and its audit, finance, facilities and strategic initiatives committees.


Ann McCartney

TrustBank 

Ann McCartney serves on the board of directors of TrustBank, a community bank founded in 1912 with operations in Illinois and Arizona. In her role, she contributes to the bank’s oversight and direction. Previously, she spent over 35 years in the commercial property finance industry. Her experience includes roles as a mortgage banker with CBRE, senior vice president in commercial real estate for another Midwest bank and a $730 million private equity debt fund.

McCartney earned an undergraduate degree in Real Estate from ASU and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona. She has also served on the boards of several industry and philanthropic associations, including the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International, AZ CREW, the Arizona Commercial Mortgage Lenders Association, Social Venture Partners and Gabriel’s Angels. 


F. Rockne “Roc” Arnett

F. Rockne “Roc” Arnett served as president of the PHX East Valley Partnership, leading the nonprofit business coalition that advocated for regional issues in the East Valley. Previously, he spent 38 years in risk and insurance services, working with clients ranging from self-insured entities to traditional fully insured programs.

Arnett served for 20 years on the MAG Regional Council and was a member of the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority Board. He also served as president of the Grand Canyon Council of the Boy Scouts of America and as a member of the Maricopa Association of Governments Transportation Policy Committee.


Dr. Kyle Squires

Dean, Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering
Arizona State University

Dr. Kyle Squires is the dean of ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, the nation’s largest engineering program, enrolling more than 32,000 students and offering more than 80 degree programs across three campuses and online.

He also serves as the senior vice provost for Engineering, Computing and Technology and vice provost of the Polytechnic campus. He has played a pivotal role in advancing engineering education, research and innovation at ASU.  


Drena Kusari

Born and raised in Kosovo, Drena Kusari moved to the U.S. at 17 and later earned her MBA at Harvard Business School. Her career in tech-enabled services includes roles as an analyst at Goldman Sachs and a senior strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company.

She later served as vice president of product and general manager at Lyft, as well as global general manager for Bumble. Kusari is currently a vice president and general manager at Microsoft. 


Lisa Loo

Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Arizona State University

Lisa Loo joined ASU in 1993 and was appointed senior vice president and general counsel in July 2022. A distinguished leader in the legal profession, she served as president of the State Bar of Arizona from 2016 to 2017, and on the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents from 2017 to 2020. She is also an elected member of the American Law Institute, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and an AV Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.

Loo has also been deeply engaged in civic and community leadership. She served as vice president of Victory Together, the coalition that successfully advocated for Arizona’s voter-approved Martin Luther King Jr./Civil Rights Day. She also helped found Harmony, Inc., a network of Arizona leaders dedicated to statewide issues, as well as the Arizona Asian American Bar Association. She continues to serve on the boards of several community organizations.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1982 and her law degree from the University of Virginia in 1985.


Angela Creedon

Director of State and Local Government Relations, Arizona and New Mexico
Intel Corporation

In her current role, Angela Creedon leads Intel’s engagement with city, county and higher education partners to protect Intel’s license to operate. She also works to enhance the company’s reputation, strengthen its influence and promote a favorable business environment that supports growth.

She previously served as associate vice president for Innovation Zone Development and Corporate Engagement at ASU. She also served as East Valley community development manager for APS, Arizona’s largest private electric utility, where she oversaw municipal relations, community engagement and economic development.  

Creedon is the immediate past chair of Fighter Country Foundation, an organization dedicated to serving the men, women and families of Luke Air Force Base. In 2024, she was recognized as one of Arizona’s most influential businesswomen.

She holds a BBA from the University of Phoenix, a certificate in Economic Development from the University of Oklahoma and an advanced certificate in Corporate Community Relations from Boston College.
