university services. These services are negotiated to suit a corporation's
needs and may include:

- Cooperative research opportunities.
- Patentable proprietary research contracts.
The Arizona State University Research Park and the tenant properties within the Park are private property. Public use of designated recreational areas (lakeside paths, lawns, and ramadas) is allowed between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. The rules are enforced by the Park and the City of Tempe.
